- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes. There is no trial clock and no card needed. Free covers your closet and outfits, the feed and your boards, three outfits picked for you each day, and a preview of the pre-owned listings for every piece.
- What changes when Plus opens?
- Until then everyone gets more than the free plan will include — the assistant, Today's full set and every listing among them. When Plus opens, accounts that don't subscribe move to the free plan shown on this page. Nothing in your closet is deleted, and you can try Plus free for 7 days.
- How does the free trial work?
- You get the style assistant, trips, Today's full sets and every Picked for you recommendation for 7 days; search and listings stay as on the free plan until your first payment. You add a payment method to start and pay nothing until the trial ends; cancel before then and you are never charged. We show the end date and the price when you start, and remind you 3, 2 and 1 days before it ends. One trial per person.
- Can I cancel Plus?
- Any time. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for, then your account goes back to Free. Nothing in your closet is deleted.
- Can I get my money back?
- Yes, within 30 days of your first payment, and within 30 days of a yearly renewal. The refund policy has the details.
- What does “unlimited” mean?
- Use it as much as one person reasonably would. There are daily fair-use limits to stop automated abuse; ordinary use doesn't reach them. The terms explain.
- Do listings cost more through StyleChef?
- No. Listings are sold by their sellers on eBay and Etsy at the seller's price. We take no commission on what you buy.
- Which currency are prices in?
- US dollars. At checkout our payment partner, Paddle, may show the price in your currency and add any sales tax or VAT your country requires.
Prices are in US dollars and may change; if they do, anyone already subscribed is told at least 30 days before their next payment. Orders are handled by our reseller, Paddle. See the terms, the privacy policy and the refund policy.
